Your logo will be always at the top unless other logo overcome it. But the minimum time in the number 1 is 24 hours. For instance: if you pay for your logo to be number 1, and five minutes later it's overtaken by other logo, yours will remain a hole day at the top of the logopodium, just to guarantee a minumum period of visibility.
